L3A is dedicated to fostering women's leadership in the Middle East and Africa by promoting relationships among women in leadership roles from Abraham Accords countries. The organization aims to move beyond mere tolerance to acceptance and partnerships, focusing on technology and FemTech. L3A's vision includes creating sustainable peace and normalization through trust-building initiatives and countering false narratives.
